He held the position of Chief Investment Officer for a decade with two leading India-focused real estate funds, namely India REIT and Red Fort Capital. He played a pivotal role in the growth of India REIT from inception to USD 900 million. Currently, he serves as an Advisor to the Board at Rx Propellant (a Lifesciences infrastructure platform) and as Co-founder of Power-Ed (a full-stack Edu ventures platform) and GVRP (a differentiated contract R&D services organization). He brings a proven track record in building successful and impactful businesses.

He acted as the Managing Director/ Head of Alexandria India operations where he deployed over USD 200 million and personally managed development of over 1 million square feet of Lifesciences real estate assets.
